Welcome to Timeless Homes by Josh Null. We are a full custom home builder specializing in building that “once in a lifetime” home for our clients. Our clients frequently want to re-create the feel of a beautiful home they remember from their childhood, or perhaps a cozy cottage they stayed in while visiting Europe or the East Coast of America. We use a variety of re-claimed materials, such as antique floors, doors, stone, architectural beams and many other materials to create a warm and cozy environment that intentally rubs off the new and allows the beautiful patina of age to show through. We specialize in creating “Olde World” European style homes, such as Tuscan inspired villas, welcoming French Country cottages and soaring Mediterranean inspired estates. We also pay homage to our Early American history, with grand Colonial and intimate Cape Cod designs and finishes.

We have a variety of nationally renowned architects at our fingertips, and work hand in hand with our clients to create not only an incredibly unique house, but a home that fits their day to day needs. We build in a variety of price points, from $300,000 to $2 million and beyond. We have intent ally shied away from the production home environment and limited our number of homes built per year so that we can offer an abundant amount of attention to our limited custom home clients. Our goal is to provide our clients a home that is entirely unique, and we have gone so far as to have never built the same house twice. We use only the highest quality craftsman and materials. Much as many classic European and East Coast homes never go out of style, when we build a home or remodel an existing home we use classic finishes and materials with the intention that these homes will never be remodeled after we are complete.
